Who We Are
CLOUT – Centre for Livelihood Opportunities Unlimited and Technologies is a registered national non-governmental organization committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable communities in Kenya—particularly in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs). Since inception, we’ve been at the forefront of poverty alleviation, climate resilience, clean energy access, and inclusive rural development.
We believe in solutions that are community-led, environmentally sustainable, and tailored to address the unique challenges faced by women, youth, and marginalized populations.
